Yes! All new caregivers go through a comprehensive orientation and on-the-job training. We also offer ongoing training for continued growth and advancement.
We offer competitive wages, paid time off, new hire and retention bonus and flexible scheduling options. Opportunities for career development and support for certifications or specialized skills may also be available.
We offers overtime pay for any hours worked beyond 40 hours per week. We also provide additional pay for working on recognized holidays.
To request time off, please submit a request through our employee portal or notify your supervisor at least two weeks in advance. We do our best to accommodate requests, but please keep in mind client needs.
